The speciality develops the managerial trend in  the education of economists. It covers a wide range of knowledge on domestic and international economics of business, it takes into account local, domestic as well as global conditions and challenges that business faces. The specialization integrates concepts from the economy and management to help the student develop a unified understanding of conceptualizing, developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies in organizations.

The speciality aims to provide graduates with the profile of the 21st century manager who will be factually and practically prepared to solve managerial problems at all kinds of business units and non-profit organizations.

A particular attention is put to promoting entrepreneurial behaviour among students.
